This letter is to inform you of how pleased we were with our recent service from "Perfection Auto Glass". Chris, the technician performing the work was prompt, courteous, and professional. The quality was outstanding.
We felt compelled to write this letter because our daughter had to use a similar service (Autoglass America) about a year ago and the experience was miserable. The company had to return several times to fix problems that they had induced. They were reluctant to return and the quality of work was extremely shabby. The technician was less then hospitable.
Your company was referred to us by a family friend. We will certainly refer you to others in the future. We are also recommending our insurance agent move you up on their recommendation list.

I am writing this letter to commend your company and the glass technician who have recently replaced the windshield on my 1991 S-10 Chevrolet Blazer. During one of the late winter snowstorms we had in the early part of March a large stone flew up from a passing truck and struck my windshield. This caused a large chip and crack to appear. I called my insurance company (USAA) and requested assistance and information about what course to take for replacement of my windshield. During the discussion I asked if I could use my own selection of a glass company. This was agreed to.
You and your company responded to USAA making all arrangements in such a quick and professional way that I was called back within minutes to select the time and location for replacing my windshield that best suited me. WOW! We decided to do the work at my home instead of your shop, then a date and time were selected.
When the glass technician arrived ON TIME, he performed the job with great care and professional quality, something you do not find often anymore. He introduced himself as Chris Morgan and handed me one of his business cards. I noticed on the card he was presented as a "Master Auto Glass Technician." This was indeed the case. Mr. Morgan took his time to explain the process, went extra steps to clean the frame channel and removed all old adhesive and rust scale. He then prepared and installed the new windshield with "Master Craftsman" technique, even replacing my state and county stickers. After explaining that I could bring the vehicle in, or per his specific instructions remove, in two days, the exterior setting tape, he thanked me for choosing Perfection Auto Glass and offered a Complete Lifetime Warranty!

I am writing this letter to thank Perfection Auto Glass for the excellent work done on my 1999 Ford Ranger.
A few years ago, when I had a cracked windshield, my insurance company (State Farm) had me set up an appointment with SafeLite to have it replaced. I watched the SafeLite employee as he removed the old windshield, scraped out the old sealant, put in new sealant, and preceded to install the new windshield (SafeLite brand glass). I did not realize he did not do an important step to prevent rust from occurring.
About a month ago I noticed that when it rained water was dripping in at the top of the windshield on the driver's side. I had previously switched my insurance to Nationwide and called my agent who referred me to Perfection Auto Glass.
I set up an appointment with them to have the windshield replaced. Shortly after they took my truck into the shop, they asked me if I would like to see what had happened previously to cause the leak. They had already removed the windshield and were preparing to scrape off as much rust as possible. They showed me the tool used to remove the old sealant and explained how the tool would scrape some of the paint on the ledge off in the process. They explained that this always happens in order to get all the old sealant off and that the ledge just needs to be cleaned and primed to keep it from rusting, which SafeLite had not done. The technician at Perfection removed as much of the rust as possible, cleaned the metal and put primer on it to slow down the rust process that had already started. The technician then proceeded to put new sealant on and install the new windshield.
I was very impressed that they took the time to explain the cause of the leak to me, and the correct process that should have been done to prevent the rust in the first place. I am also impressed with the glass they used, as it is much clearer and easier to see through than the SafeLite brand glass that was previously installed. The SafeLite glass looked as though it had lots of little specks through it. Now it looks just like the glass that gets factory installed on new vehicles.

I just wanted to write you guys a little letter saying thank you for the superb windshield replacement. The time it took to replace the windshield was outstanding! While waiting for the replacement to be completed, the customer service shown was astonishing. It was very comforting to come in and be treated as a valued customer. The end result, the windshield looks remarkable and as if I had just bought the car. I could not have received better customer service or have even come close to such a gorgeous outcome for such a low price. If I ever have any more problems, I know just who to turn to, and I have recommended Perfection Auto Glass to many drivers already. Keep up the magnificent work!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to write a note to say how exceptional the service was that I received from Perfection Auto Glass. I needed my windshield replaced in my 2000 Dodge Intrepid. I didn't even know where to begin, so I opened the phone book and called. I must say, they (Perfection Auto Glass) took control. The gentleman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He basically did everything for me, even called my insurance company. He had a glass technician come out the NEXT day! I was amazed at how quick the service was. They came directly to my home to replace my windshield. I thought this was wonderful! I have two small children and could not imagine trying to sit in the waiting room of a repair shop.
They replaced my windshield and it is perfect! I have no problems at all. I just wanted to say thank you and that you should be proud of the job that your employees do. I would recommend your company to my friends. You truly are "Perfection."

I simply wanted to write to let you know how pleased and impressed I am with your service. As I mentioned while I was at your shop, I had contacted a half dozen windshield replacement companies prior to calling Perfection and speaking with Mark. Mark's professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent and in dramatic contrast to the lack thereof at other glass companies with whom I'd spoken.
Chris installed my new windshield with a degree of craftsmanship and professional pride seldom seen in today's world. And even though my truck is old and not much to look at (I still love her dearly ;-), Chris exercised such perfection and care in his workmanship that you'd think he was working on a brand new Rolls Royce!
